• Payments must be made through approved online payment methods or as instructed by our team.
• Any bank charges, gateway fees, or transaction costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

• No-shows may result in 100% cancellation charges

We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, or service failures caused by third-party providers, though we will assist in communication and resolution where possible.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure:

• Valid identification documents (NID, passport, visa where applicable)
• Compliance with immigration, health, and travel regulations
• Adherence to hotel rules, airline policies, and local laws

Check In Cherish is not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or service denial due to document issues.

Check In Cherish shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics or public health emergencies

In such cases, special terms may apply as outlined in our Cancel & Refund Policy.

• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
