বিকেলের শেষ আলোয় বারান্দায় বসে রঙ বদলানো সূর্যাস্ত দেখতে দেখতে মনে হবে সময় থেমে গেছে। সূর্য ডুবে যাওয়ার পর বিশাল গাছের ছায়ায় আপনি যখন চায়ের কাপ হাতে বসে থাকবেন, আকাশে ভেসে থাকা চাঁদের সাথে গল্প জমে উঠবে নিঃশব্দে, নিঃসঙ্গ নয়, বরং প্রকৃতির গভীর সান্নিধ্যে। যাঁরা প্রকৃতির কাছে গিয়ে একটু শান্তি খুঁজছেন, যাঁরা চান ভোরের আলোয় মেঘের ছোঁয়া আর রাতের নীরবতায় চাঁদের আলোয় ডুবে যেতে—তাঁদের জন্য Megh Pahar Eco Resort হতে পারে এক পরিপূর্ণ ঠিকানা।

প্রতিটি রুমের ডেকোরেশন করা হয়েছে কাঠ দিয়ে। রুমের সামনের অংশে ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে আয়না দিয়ে দেয়াল, যেন পাহাড়ে জমা মেঘ গুলো রুমের বিছানায় শুয়ে বসে উপভোগ করা যায়। বাকী তিন পাশে কাঠ দিয়ে তৈরি ডিজাইন আপনাকে মনে করিয়ে দেবে, এই অঞ্চলের আদি বাসস্থানের কথা। আয়না ফ্রেমের দরজা ইচ্ছা হলে আপনি সম্পূর্ণভাবে খুলে ঘুমাতে পারবেন কিংবা খুলে রাখতে পারবেন আংসিকভাবে। তারপরও দরজা খুলে ২৪x২০ ফিটের খোলা বারান্দায় বসে আড্ডা জমাতে পারেন আপনজনকে নিয়ে। আমাদের রিসোর্টের পর আর কোন স্থাপনা না থাকার কারনে, আমাদের রুমের ভিতরে প্রায় সময় মেঘেরা ঢুঁ মারে নিজের বাসা ভেবে।

Guest Guidelines & Safety Policy

• Personal Belongings:
  Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal valuables. The resort will not be liable for loss or damage.

• Use of Electrical Appliances:
  For safety reasons, the use of water heaters, kettles, rice cookers, or any high-power electrical appliances inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please consult resort management for permission to use designated areas.

• Smoking Policy:
  Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottages. Guests are requested to use only the designated smoking areas.

• Fire Safety:
  To prevent fire hazards, the use of mosquito coils, candles, open flames, or any fire-related items inside the wooden cottages is not allowed.

• Cleanliness & Hygiene:
  Please help us maintain a clean and eco-friendly environment by keeping your cottage and surrounding areas tidy. Dispose of waste only in designated bins.

• Care of Resort Property:
  Guests are expected to handle wooden furniture, walls, and all resort property with care. Any intentional or accidental damage may result in compensation charges.

• Maintaining Peace & Quiet:
  As the cottages are wooden and designed for a tranquil experience, guests are requested to keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM, to respect other guests.

• Environmental Responsibility:
  Guests are encouraged to respect and protect nature by avoiding damage to trees, plants, and the surrounding ecosystem.

Important Notice

Violation of any of the above policies may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without any refund.

Megh Pahar Eco Resort – Damage Compensation Policy

Resort Property Damage Policy

• If any damage occurs to the cottage or any resort property due to your actions, you must take immediate responsibility for the damage.

• Guests are fully liable to pay compensation equivalent to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged property.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation, awareness, and responsible behavior in helping us maintain a safe, pleasant, and eco-friendly environment for all guests.

At Megh Pahar Eco Resort, we are committed to offering you and your family a warm, comfortable stay—just like home. We are delighted to welcome families and their little ones to enjoy our serene surroundings.

Our Child Policy is outlined below:

• Children aged 10 years or below can stay free of charge when sharing the same bed with their parents.

• No separate bed is provided for children within this age group; however, pillows can be arranged upon request if needed.

• For children above 10 years of age, an additional charge of BDT 500 per night will apply. For their comfort, an extra floor bed with mattress, blanket, and pillow can be arranged.

Each room at Megh Pahar Eco Resort is unique and individually designed. We kindly request guests to carefully review all room details, photos, and videos before confirming their booking.

• Once a booking is confirmed, room changes after arrival are not permitted.

• However, during check-in, if another room is available, guests may request a room change by paying the applicable additional charge.

Date Change Policy

• If full payment has been completed, guests are eligible for one-time date change within three (3) months of the original booking date.

• Requests for date changes must be made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellation Before Check-in (7 Days or Earlier)

If you cancel your room booking 7 days or more before the check-in date, you will be eligible for a refund. However, the following charges will be deducted:

• The non-refundable room booking advance paid at the time of confirmation

• Any payment processing fees (e.g., bKash, bank charges)

Cancellation Within 4 Days of Check-in

If you cancel your booking within 4 days of the check-in date:

• No refund will be provided

• A full refund will only be issued if we are able to rebook or re-rent the room for the same dates

No Refund for Special Bookings

Payments made for the following are strictly non-refundable:

• Friday bookings

• Government holidays

• Discounted or promotional packages
