At Check In Cherish, we strive to provide transparent, fair, and customer-friendly cancelation and refund terms so you can book your travel with confidence. This policy applies to all bookings made through checkincherish.com, including hotels, rooms, travel tickets, and travel packages.
All cancellations or changes to your booking must be submitted in writing either via:

The cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel before your scheduled check-in, travel date, or package start date:

No-show refers to failure to use the booked service without prior cancellation.
Cancellation fees are calculated on the total booking amount and may vary for third-party services (e.g., airline tickets or hotel partners) as per their terms.
In rare circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, political unrest, pandemic-related changes, etc.), the following terms apply:
- 30% of the total booking cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- 70% of the paid amount will be reusable credit (non-refundable) within 3 months of the event date.
- Reusable credit can be applied toward future bookings on checkincherish.com.
Standard refund rules do not apply during force majeure events.
If a refund is eligible:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used to make the purchase.
- Transaction fees, bank charges, and supplier fees are non-refundable.
- Processing times may vary based on bank or payment provider timelines.
- Cancellation charges apply per person / per service booked.
- For hotel rooms & travel tickets, partners may have their own cancellation timelines and fees; these will be communicated at booking.
- Non-refundable fares (especially airline and bus/launch tickets) may not be eligible for refund.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unexpected losses or changes.
When requesting a cancellation or refund, please provide:
- Booking reference number
- Name of traveler / guest
- Service type (hotel, ticket, package)
- Reason for cancellation
- Preferred contact information

Some services booked through Check In Cherish — like airline tickets, partner hotel rooms, ferry/launch tickets, or event tickets — may be subject to separate cancellation policies from the supplier. In such cases:
- Supplier terms will apply first.
- Check In Cherish will communicate these terms at the time of booking.
- Refunds will be subject to supplier confirmation.
Check In Cherish reserves the right to update this Cancel & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will apply to bookings made after the updated policy is published on the website.
